Song of the Week
This week the Song of the Week is: The Misty Mountain Song. Written by the amazing JRR Tolkien and finally was performed by the Dwarves in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. (2012)
In The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, this is probably my favorite scene in whole film. Next to the beginning of the film when Bilbo is running and screaming, "I'm going on an adventure!". I was and still am thoroughly impressed by this scene and the vocals, especially Richard Armitage's voice. This song is beautifully haunting and Richard's voice just adds to it so immensely. As you can probably tell I am getting quite anxious for Part 3 to release this Winter!
